We left New Orleans Saturday morning June 2nd getting off the train in Hattiesburg, MS. Karen Schofield picked us up and we drove south to their home near Wiggins, MS, just north of the Gulf Coast. They live in a very nice quiet rural area. We had a great time staying about 48 hours with them. Some of us stayed in their nearly finished new house. The girls stayed in their camper. Other than visiting and re-connecting with the Schofields, the highlight was kayaking, swimming and fishing in their ponds. Everyone seemed to love it, even certain members of our family who you might not ordinarily expect to enjoy those sorts of things! We also enjoyed a good time of worship with them at their church Sunday morning. All in all, a great time with a great family we respect and admire a lot. Thank you Will, Karen, Clark, Joe, Bethany and Brynn!
